A Conclusion To My Amazon Woes
Well, I'm happy to report that my Palm T/X arrived on Wednesday from Amazon. This was the expected ship date.
I still have a few gripes though. They are now with UPS, and not with Amazon.
UPS has been in the shipping business for quite some time. I really expect better from their service.
Anyway with that off of my chest, I can let you know that the Palm arrived undamaged, despite UPS' best efforts. The Palm T/X is up and running. Expect a full report in the near future.

- My Palm was tossed by the UPS guy. I heard the thud on the porch.
- The UPS guy didn't even ring the doorbell.
- The box was placed into a puddle of melting snow.
- No one signed for the $300 worth of electronics.
