logitech

load your software and login.
select ACTIVITIES tab
select CUSTOMIZE BUTTONS under the WATCH TV block
scroll down to ChannelUp and ChannelDown and make sure the device it set for your cable box and not the tv.
click DONE when hanged to your cable box.
plug in your remote if you havent yet, then select the update remote button in the upper right corner.

follow the on screen prompts :)

It sux we cant rewind or fast forward through the NudgeCast so I hope that is what you talked about for the remote.
