Did we record this in the car on the way to cut people open?  I think you should do one from the operating room!!  Just edit out any of the OOPSES that might be said :)

Does your cable service have the Tivo contract or are they doing them on their own yet?  If they are on their own, maybe this is a result of Tivo bitching about holding patents to everything related to recording shows?  - Just a guess that popped into my wittle brain.

I miss my DVR :(  I should have gotten one or two with the dtv service, but the wife complained when I would record 2 shows at once and she couldnt watch some sappy love story or something.

Definitely need the DVR as I can't sit through the commercials.  It's a Scientific Atlanta box; not Tivo.  Curiously, the program guide is working fine again.  Should be getting new channels next week.
