Glad you got that power-line networking up and running! I am curious as to what will happen to it when you have a power surge, power loss, or power flicker (we get a LOT fo those where I am! I love my UPS's!!!)

Incredibly useful site of the week (since you didnt give us one again :p)

www.legitreviews.com

shameless promotion of a site I visit everyday and is worth the daily visit! Excellent reviews and EXTREMELY helpful people in the forums!!! If you have a question, jsut ask away and as long as you dont stump EVERYONE, you should get an answer in a short amount of time.

Mike-

So far, the powerline has been extremely stable. This, despite one TV not wanting to start due to my neighbor's running the a/c nonstop, and some older fluorescent lights flickering. I haven't found something this stable in a while. I think most users could utilize this in their setup. In fact, Belkin, which makes a whole line of wifi, is introducing a powerline product.

In the meantime, I agree that legitreviews.com is a very good site, and their reviews are very well done.

I wish they could get the powerline network to hit the gigabit speeds!! Just think what that would do for sharing movies throughout the house, especially if you recorded them in HD!

One of these days ;)

The numbers on the NudgeCast are pretty decent. Overall, over 7000 folks have listened to one of the NudgeCasts which is impressive.

The Actiontec is 200 mbps which is still pretty fast, and that is sustained, not just a burst speed.
